Thank you, you fabulous, local employers for supporting our students as they embark on their first step to employment. We understand it can be a daunting prospect if you are new, or even if you are an established supporter you are probably wondering what this T Level malarkey is all about. Either way we are keen to highlight why you are making the right decision in supporting out students, as we believe it will:

Enable you to spot talented young people that you might want to employ or offer an apprenticeship to
Bring in new skills and extra resource for your projects
Upskill existing staff through coaching and mentoring
Create a diverse workforce
Enable you to collaborate with the local community

Supporting students with their project assessments

70% of the students overall grade is based on fictional business case studies provided by the exam board. In year one this is referred to as their ESP and in year 2 it is the OS.

We encourage employers to discuss with the students how the content of the projects apply to their work place. Schools and colleges can choose between Business Support or Team Leadership for the OS. Everyone does the same ESP.
