Task 1.3: Project Planning

*This is subject to small changes and is taken from summer 2024 assessment

Make sure you know how to use word and excel and format to fit to one page.
Include processes such as RACI and Mendelow. These are not in the syllabus but will demonstrate wider reading for an A/B grade.
Ensure at least 10 relevant tasks in GANTT
Ensure task timings are relevant and accurate
Do not cut and paste the PID
Consider how the impact of the project will be monitored after delivery, ie continuous improvement
Adopt a clear communication plan structure
Ensure your research supports your POAP information
Consider your audience ie keep points succinct, professional and relevant to the brief
At the end go back and ensure everything on your POAP is relevant to the brief

Ensure core knowledge is widely applied and relevant
Ensure constant cross reference to the brief - use all the information provided, it is in there for a reason.
Carefully edit your work to be relevant to the brief
