Let me introduce myself, I am Vicky a part time lecturer based in East Sussex. I have been delivering this qualification since it began in 2022. Over this time I have thought about leaving my role more times than I care to remember.  Perhaps I should add here, my background is 25 years in business, so adapting to the FE sector has been interesting!

To understand what has driven me to create this website you need to understand my perspective of a students current experience in the education system.

I see the T Level as the most progressive qualification since the industrial revolution. There is currently a huge gap between what makes a good student academically and what makes a great employee. 

Being able to follow a syllabus that includes unconscious bias, resilience, difficult conversations and IT skills to name just some of it, is just brilliant! Is now the time to add that I have often been referred to as "Constructively disruptive".
