Task 2.1: Collaborative problem solving

For the report and email, create headings from the requirements of the task to make sure you include everything.
Make sure you structure your planning notes and submit them for the discussion
Do not follow a script during the chat make it relaxed
Ensure you direct your written tasks to the right stakeholders they should not be the same content
Request no more than 3 people in your group and sit around the table
Quote from the brief and keep it relevant
Ensure core knowledge is applied to the different solutions to help choose the best one.
Consider and acknowledge all stakeholders during the analysis
During the discussion ask probing question and make valid regular contributions
Aim to take the lead in the group but in a measured way
