Is there any information you need, that is missing?
So, you have got through the exams, the ESP, the occupational specialism project and what is next?! You really have four choices:
University,
Go to work,
Do an apprenticeship
Travel!
As an example here are the courses at Brighton University that you can do with your T Level.
Here is the chart that denotes how many UCAS points your final overall grade will give you.

This is an option if you would like to continue studying beyond your T level but also want to earn money at the same time. The ideal scenario is that you find a local employer offering the apprenticeship qualification that you want to do. What you might find is an employer that is not offering the course you want, or you find the course you want to do but no employer. It may be harder than you thought, so here is a plan:
Step One - research which apprenticeship qualification you are interested in
Step Two - look at businesses currently offering apprenticeships in your local area and hope there is a match with the qualification you have chosen!
Step Three - if there is not a match approach your placement employer or another employer to ask if they would consider supporting you through your chosen apprenticeship
Apprenticeships can be level 3, 4 or Degree level. Ideally you would look to be progressing in your careers, so we wanted to assure you that choosing a level 3 apprenticeship in a specific area you have a passion for, is a progression. So do not think you have to choose a level 4 - Higher apprenticeship.
Apprenticeship qualifications available for you fall under these headings:
Business Administration including - People (HR), Vet Practice Manager, Compliance & Sustainability
Sales, Marketing & Procurement - including Digital marketing, Retail
Data - Business analyst
There will already be companies in your area looking for apprenticee's, these can be found here. There are more students than opportunities at the moment, you really need to stand out. You should also look on websites like indeed
(Our advice is to avoid businesses offering the apprenticeship in "business administration" as this is what your T Level is based on).
This could be your industry placement, you could ask if they would set up an apprenticeship for you, specialising in the area you have identified above.
The employer can contact these people https://apply.apprenticeships.education.gov.uk/Home/ContactUs for help. And the same website, can help connect you with a learning provider which could be online to enable you to complete the qualification. These can be online so the learning providers do not need to be located near the business.
For higher education you may have the option to defer your entry for a year. Or you may just want to travel. And if you do..... have a fabulous time! Its not for everybody but for some people it is just what they need after all this time in education. And in todays world there are always lots of remote working opportunities.
Hopefully your work placement will have given you an insight in to what you do or do not want to do! There is also this website with more information. https://nationalcareers.service.gov.uk/ .
Your first job does not have to be your only job. In fact you may only stay at it for a couple of years before moving on to something else. Your career will be ever evolving.
