T Levels, are new, you probably do not know anyone else that has completed them? Maybe you did A Levels or left school at 16.

From my 25 years in business I am truly excited by the prospect of young people entering the workplace with work experience.  But also if your young person has always struggled with exams, they now have an opportunity to build their self esteem and grow in a completely different learning environment. 

And yes as many people ask they can still go to university!
