Ensure the original brief is constantly referred to throughout the PID
Be clear on the set budget and timescale and keep to it. Discuss how you will keep to them and the impact if you do not.
It should only focus on your ONE solution
Your core knowledge should be promoted throughout the PID, ie all 7 units of the syllabus mentioned in context
Your PID should reference your original research table
Every section MUST be populated
The deliverables and milestones must keep within timescales
Ensure all stakeholders are addressed including internal and external (a min of 10 groups)
Ensure your quality method ie TQM or Kaizen relates to the brief
Ensure your evaluation method relates to the brief
